[OSPL-Dev] OpenSplice DDS on Windows 7 (64 bit)

Hi,

I have an application developed on windows 7 (64 bit) OS. I am linking
the OpenSplice DDS 5.4 Community Edition 32 bit libraries with my
application.
When I run the program I get the "On Livelyness Changed" event, but
unable to send and recieve data packet. The program then exits with
the application error.

I wanted to know if the OpenSplice 32 bit binaries can be used on
windows 7 (64 bit) platform.
Please help.
