[OSPL-Dev] Two questions: forward declaration & ACE_Message_Block

Hi,

1- Is it possible to make forward declaration? (I saw that there is

in Bugzilla but not know the status now)

2- Is it possible to 'stream' a topic into ACE_Message_Block ?
